Who is Aigrow?
AiGrow is an Instagram growth service that claims to generate real Instagram followers for your Instagram account.
They claim to get you real people for followers and not most bots.
But with all the negative reviews online, can AiGrow really deliver on anything more than fake followers?
Can their dedicated managers get you automated engagements from real followers so you can focus on doing the things that matter for your account.
Or is AiGrow another run-of-the-mill Instagram growth service with expensive subscriptions with fake positive reviews?
Aigrow Was Formerly Tagscout
If you’re like me, you had no idea that the company now known as AiGrow was actually rebranded from a prior IG growth company named TagScout.
The above screenshot is the now defunct TagScout website…
You can tell that the new AiGrow site is definitely the newly revamped TagScout because they have “Tagscout, Inc.” on their footer copyright.
Why Did Tagscout Change It’s Name To AiGrow?
Instagram growth tools like AiGrow rebrand all the time.
But it’s not so much the rebranding that is the issue, as much as it’s the WHY behind the rebrand.
Instagram growth tools are notorious for rebranding due to bad brand reviews and a negative brand image…
In my opinion, Tagscout rebranded to AiGrow because they had no other choice.
Just look at the TagScout trustpilot and their 3.1 star rating.

I can bet you that they paid for the positive reviews that they DO have…
As you can see above there’s really unhappy customers from TagScout, which has to be the reason why they rebranded to AiGrow.
Some of the online reviews are less than promising, which is why some may be skeptical about whether or not AiGrow is a scam or not.

Yes, AiGrow is a newly rebranded TagScout.
They didn’t change management…
The only thing AiGrow did was get a new domain name and build a new website to try and fool their audience.
Aigrow Features
Getting more Instagram followers by using Instagram growth services like AiGrow is like a crap shoot.
You sign up and hope to get their advertised promised numbers.
A lot of times, we’re let down with the subscription package that’s being offered because the features are lacking.
This makes you wonder if AiGrow can really help you grow your IG account or not…
Let’s take a look at the features so that you can determine for yourself if AiGrow is a worthy growth service for the hard work you put in on your Instagram account.
Managed Instagram Service
The AiGrow managed Instagram growth services allow you 4 different pricing options ranging from weekly, all the way to annually.
With that said, I wasn’t so clear as to if you can send them your target audience or target accounts, if you can set up multiple accounts, if you can manage account, where to set your daily engagement limits, and if their system is even an automated engagement tool.
Their website does say that you receive a dedicated growth team with live strategy and onboarding meeting.
The AiGrow website also claims organic and real followers without spam.
24×7 support access is something that you also get with the all packages, although with the monthly, quarterly, and annual plan you get a bonus of 5 free giveaway picker contents along with premium automated DMs, Scheduler abilities, and a 2000 count of bulk post deletes.
Audit Your Instagram
The audit your Instagram feature from AiGrow is similar to an engagement calculator being as that you put your Instagram username in and it provides back some information regarding account analytics.
All you have to do is enter your Instagram account name and click the start button.
The AiGrow audit allows you to see your post frequency, average engagement rate, follower to following ratio, follower size, and much more.
Thing is, none of these instagram insights are rarer to find.
Lastly, I went ahead and tried to search up a random username and I received this error:
Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials. Please try to login again.
But the audit is free, so I don’t get it…
All-in-One Bio Link
This feature is pretty cool because it allows you to link things that matter most to you all in one place.

Bulk Posts Delete
Bulk Posts Delete is a great way to delete your posts without having to do it one by one.
This can get very tedious if you’ve neglected your Instagram account in profile directory.
Instead of going one by one, simply select what posts you want to delete and remove them at one time.
Out of all the AiGrow features, I found that most of the people I spoke with that used their service used this from time to time with good things to say about it.
Instagram Giveaway Picker
Running a contest on Instagram is a great way to generate engagement and new followers.
If you’ve ever ran one for yourself, then you’ll know this.
The Instagram giveaway picker is included in the more expensive subscriptions with AiGrow, but you can still purchase this separately if needed.
The benefits of the AiGrow giveaway picker is that you can use any new or existing post, pick multiple winners, substitute winners, pick winners from hashtags or mentions, while eliminating duplicate comments or people mentioned.
Post and Reward
The post and reward feature on AiGrow is meant to start growth on your Instagram through incentivizing engagement and participation.
You ask users to take certain actions to receive a reward– these actions may include things like tagging others, using a hashtag, sharing, or following your page.
AiGrow allows you to then configure a custom DM message. AiGrow will send DMs to those that are meant to receive the award.
You may provide something like a discount offer, freebee, or anything else that you feel your target audience would be interested in.
Social Monitoring
Social monitoring is important so that you can understand your competition, other companies similar to yours, as well as what people are saying about you online.
Through AiGrow monitoring, you can monitor hashtags and accounts, profile mentions, as well as browse important events on the social calendar.
The one thing we’d love to see in the monitoring tool is more information on what people are saying about you– do you appear on other social sites?

If you have trouble logging into your account, it may be because Instagram is requesting you to set up a new password. Then, you’ll need to inform AiGrow so they can reconnect.
Is AiGrow able to be canceled at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your AiGrow account from within the Subscription tab on the dashboard.
If you have any trouble, you can reach out to their support team and request the cancellation.
How many Instagram accounts can I manage at once?
There is no limit to how many accounts you can manage. The only problem that may occur is if you want to add additional users.
Let’s say there are two other users that need access– you’ll have to share the access amongst you.
There’s no way to have separate dashboards or accounts for multiple managers.
Will AiGrow message my users?
The only time AiGrow will message your users is if you pay money for them to do so.
This happens on their auto DM plans, allowing you to set up DMs to be sent to your target audience.
Can I use Instagram while AiGrow is running?
You can lightly use the Instagram app for browsing and other tasks, but it’s better to spend more time focusing on content and external activites while AiGrow takes care of the rest.

And while AiGrow isn’t a scam, but their history with TagScout is a bit concerning.
This may be a turnoff for some people– after all, once trust is broken, it’s hard to get it back.
AiGrow seems to be legit based on customer reviews, although you can always find negative ones out there for pretty much any service anyway.
People don’t have the patience to see results and don’t want to put in the work that they’ll need to do in terms of content and strategy, etc.
On the other hand, you may need to avoid AiGrow if you don’t have a high budget– their plans are pretty pricey and may cost you more money than you’re willing to spend.
