Having round-the-clock support is vital when you are running an Instagram page because you never know when you’re going to need help.
SimplyGram claims that they provide technical support for their users, but when we checked all their chat agents were offline.
Instagram TOS Compliance
It’s essential that any third-party Instagram tools you use are compliant with Instagram’s terms of service. If they’re not, then your account could be at risk of being banned.
SimplyGram says that their software is TOS compliant, but we’re not so sure. They don’t provide any information on how their growth tools stay compliant over time.

The answer to this question is a little more complicated than simply yes or no. SimplyGram appears to be a real business on the surface, but after looking into the details it did leave us questioning if it’s a legit company.
When reviewing SimpleGram we did notice some unsettling behavior.
For example, none of the negative reviews on Trustpilot were acknowledged by the company. There is a great number of favorable responses which makes us wonder if those are fake reviews.
The website includes a number of “real users” reviewing SimplyGram and giving it positive feedback.
The discrepancy between reviews that are available online and their chosen users also brings the validity of the company into question.
Is SimplyGram Safe to Use With Your Instagram Account?
Theoretically, without access to your account, SimplyGram can not do any harm. That unfortunately cannot be said for your wallet should you choose to subscribe to their services.

This is extremely frustrating and makes us question whether or not they would be able to help us if we ran into any issues.

Feedback can make or break an Instagram growth service, and unfortunately, users have had plenty of negative things to say about SimplyGram.
The most common complaint is that the company doesn’t deliver on its promises. In other words, people sign up for their services and don’t see any results.
