Who is Foost? Are They Really “The World’s Greatest Instagram Growth Company?”

Foost Claims

Foost is a company that sells engagement for Instagram accounts.

And that’s all we know.

Unfortunately, this is about as much as we learned from their rudimentary website. Well, actually, two websites, one worse than the other.

The first website, which we’ll call “Foost 1.0,” looks like it was made in someone’s basement circa 2006. The second website looks a little bit better but is still very basic and doesn’t give much information about the company.

How Does Foost Work?

From the very limited amount of information available, we have managed to deduce that Foost is very familiar with buzz words and creating empty sentences with no weight or meaning.

The “How We Work” video answers no questions any potential customers may have, and the section below seems to serve only one function — to highlight a few catchy slogans that may sound impressive, but only to the uninitiated.

Professional advertising? I don’t know her.

How to Set up Foost

Signing up for their services seems straightforward enough.

A small form requesting only three things appears when you indicate interest in Foost’s products. They require your IG account handle, an email address, and the primary language you speak.

After filling those out, you will be asked to provide some target accounts to narrow down your focus.

Once you have provided your targets, Foost will send you to the checkout page.

SocialViral Review: Features

Foost Feature List

All top-rated growth tools make various promises when trying to get potential clients to sign up for their services.

The key is being able to discern the ones that will deliver the real Instagram followers, from the ones that will only give you fake followers, or worse yet — scam you out of your hard-earned money.

In an effort to provide you with a well-rounded review, we dig into every aspect of the promised features head to toe.

Premium Traffic

The platform claims to offer premium traffic, which is a good thing.

We all know that one of the reasons behind a high engagement rate is the number of active users that see your content.

The more people that see it, the more likely it will be liked, commented on, and shared.

Yet, we still have our doubts.

Mainly due to the fact that Foost doesn’t even bother to pretend that these will be actual, real followers that Instagram growth relies on and it becomes painfully obvious that this is just a poorly bot service.

We fear that this “premium” engagement will only hurt your account.

Real Performance

The platform also claims to offer real performance-based growth.

We’re not quite sure what that means, but it sounds good.

Unfortunately, we can’t be certain if that’s actually the case.

As we mentioned before, Foost doesn’t give away much information about how their system works or any data to support their claims, so it’s hard to work out what this performance actually entails.

Precise Targeting

Promises Of Precision Monitoring

They also say that they can target your audience with precision, which again, sounds great.

However, we don’t know enough about their targeting system to say for sure whether or not it’s effective.

Revenue Building

Apparently, once you sign up for their services, you can expect a rapid and significant increase in revenue.

Again, it’s hard to say how true this is without any data to back it up.

All in all, we don’t have enough information to even ball-park what they mean by “measurable dollars and cents”.

Top Tier Security

Even though their website is in fact encrypted by the SSL protocol, which is reassuring, we still worry about their “top tier security” claim.

We have mentioned previously the cheap construction of the website, and that is enough to put us off from trusting anyone with our money — after all, in this day and age creating a professional-looking business site shouldn’t be an issue.

Support Team

Another area where they claim to excel in is customer service and support.

They say that they have a dedicated customer success team who will help you with any problems that you may have.

However, we haven’t been able to find any reviews or testimonials from actual customers to back up this claim, so we can’t say for sure how reliable this service is.

Foost Pricing

Foost Three Payment Plans

Foost offers three pricing plans, that promise their prospective clients different levels of Instagram growth.

Let’s have a closer look at what features you can purchase.

Initiation Plan

The first package is marketed towards new users. It has the friendliest price and the most basic offering.

With the so-called “current” promotion (yeah, we know exactly what you’re doing!), you can supposedly get up to 35,000 followers a month, for only $9 a week.

High-Speed Plan

This intermediate plan for professionals claims to get you also up to 35,000 followers. But this time you will pay $15 a week for the same number.

The benefits of this plan include an “advanced email support” and “IG-specific platforming”, whatever that means.

Premium Growth

Finally, the big kahuna – “The #1 Growth Package on the Planet”. And for only $19 a week! A bargain if we’ve ever seen one!

All jokes aside, Foost really should check in with their math department, because this plan promises 92% more follower gains, yet the number on offer is, you guessed it, still up to 35,000 followers.

Is Foost Legit?

Foost Checkout Section

This feels like a rhetorical question at this point in the reviews, but it needs to be answered.

No. Foost does not seem like a legit website. In fact, it screams “scam” from a mile away.

Is Foost Safe for Your Instagram Account?

Probably not. There is no harm in trying if you don’t mind throwing money in the gutter, but we would advise staying away from this service.

While they do not require that you give up your Instagram password, there is still damage that can be done.

Getting yourself banned for the breach of Instagram terms of service will be the least of your worries.

Why We Don’t Recommend Foost

Same Offer - Different price?

What we fear — fake engagement, fake followers, Instagram bot usage — is only a small part of why we doubt this site.

To say that they fall short of passable would not be a stretch. Let’s have a more detailed look.

More Money, Less Results

There is a certain price you have to be willing to pay for quality. What Foost is banking on is that you will forget your basic arithmetic when booking their service.

All three plans promise exactly the same amount of (presumably fake) engagement, but the prices range from $36 to $76 a month, and that’s quite a difference.

No Fully Managed Campaigns

Foost has three different plans, but only one offers one-on-one support.

The other two are completely automated, which is a huge red flag. If you’re not getting support from real people, what are you actually paying for?

Instagram bot galore, that’s what.

No FAQ Page

At this point, it should come as no surprise that Foost has no dedicated FAQ page.

The website itself barely answers any questions, why would they choose to suddenly inform their clients?

Unresponsive Support

Foost Contact Section

The only way of contacting them is through an email service, and as far as we could tell, they’re not the quickest at replying.

This would be a massive issue when you are strapped for time and trying to get your business off the ground.

Fake Reviews

The worst thing we’ve seen in a while are the “video” reviews that Foost has displayed on their website.

Foost claims that these user ratings are so great that they even recorded a video testimonial to discuss how much they love the service.

Great. Want to watch them?

Too bad! When you try to click on the play button, you’ll find that they are not real videos. They are simply fake reviews that the company has put there to try and trick you.

Foost Fake Video Reviews

Plus, if you Google this Instagram growth service, all you will get is Trustpilot littered with clearly more fake reviews that are meant to bury the few negative ones.

That’s not a good look. Not in the least.

Overall Low-Quality

Putting the effort into your website should be the top priority for your marketing management. Unfortunately, for Foost, the overall construction of the site is substandard at best.

Dead links, fake clients, spelling mistakes, bad construction — not the kind of page we would trust.

Foost Sign-Up Section Before Filling Out

Notice how the action button disappears? It’s impossible to scroll down and click it, just further proving how poorly built this website is.

Foost Review: Pros and Cons at a Glance

As you can probably tell, this review is not going to be a rave.

But we want to wear our reporter badge with honor and avoid placing our foot in our collective mouths. Read on for a quick recap of what we learned so far.

With benefits so few and far between, this will be a short section. To their credit, Foots offers a 3-day trial on their services.

Foost 3-Day Trial Advertisement

As big a plus as this is, we also doubt the validity of this claim as none of the links lead to a page that clarifies their terms of service. There seems to be nothing to guide you in case of a refund.

They do a poor job of hiding their lack of real experience and customer service, so it wasn’t too difficult to spot the cons.

There is a multitude of empty promises, and nonsensical statements, and to top it all off, the site is littered with mistakes like dead links and typos.

An honest business should do the bare minimum to appear professional so that clients actually want to spend money with them, and Foost doesn’t even bother with that.

One of the biggest concerns about this company is that they use fake accounts to follow and comment on other users’ posts.

This artificial growth can quickly be detected by Instagram, leading to action being taken against your account. This behavior not only violates Instagram’s terms of service, but it can also be extremely annoying for other users.

Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide whether or not you want to take the risk of using their products.

If you do decide to use their services, be sure to keep an eye on your account and report any suspicious activity to Instagram.
